Then, you can begin to think of beautiful things. It wouldn't be too long before positive emotions will start to envelop you, and you can already feel a lot lighter. 2. Always look or even ask for a "me" time. One of the foremost reasons why you can instantly feel burnout is because you have lost to find a good time to explore your own activities. You are no longer able to pursue your own hobbies or interests, travel, play, or even spend some time with families and friends. A solution is to always incorporate an alone time in your daily routine. You don't need to stick with a normal time. Perhaps you can take at least an hour before going home to work to hit the gym, hang out with your colleagues, or take a stroll in the shopping center or in the park-anything that will help divert your mind from work and home. 3. Increase your learning. One of the best ways is to increase your knowledge and talents. You can go back to school and perhaps enroll in master's degree related to your field.
